In this weeks episode, I’m interviewing Katie Parsons, Qualified Personal Trainer, Registered Nutritionist, about her journey towards building a positive relationship with food and her body.
Katie shares openly and honestly about the many different phases she has gone through, and STILL going through, in regards to finding what works, for her health, her goals, and the overall lifestyle she wants to lead.

- How Katie has found her recent transition of not tracking all her food on apps, whilst also learning how to find balance and moderation with food through intuitive eating.
