Welcome back to another Coffee with Kim Episode!
In this Coffee with Kim Episode, I’m interviewing Oliva Chitty, Self-Love Coach and NLP Practitioner about a common area of women’s health that is often misunderstood, or overlooked – We call it “Cycle Syncing”
I’m super excited for you to listen to this chat, because I KNOW there will be something helpful in here that every single women can benefit from.
As you will learn by listening to this interview, Cycle Syncing involves gaining an understanding of the way our monthly hormone fluctuations impact everything from our mood, our nutrition needs, our body image, our energy needs, and rest needs.
Olivia and I discuss both the theory and science behind this, as well as getting deep and personal about some of the women’s health challenges we have faced (and still facing!)

- How high school experiences, and societies expectations of women’s can impact our self-worth
- Juggling the balance between our masculine and feminine energies to avoid overwhelm and burnout.
- Trusting in our inner guidance, and ditching the guilt voice
Lastly, we cover the controversial word “Balance”, a value both Olivia and I share. How we can aim for balance without falling into the perfectionist trap, and use it to help us live a life of flexibility, joy and alignment.
