MY APPROACH:
Many women come to work with me because they want to be happy. But their happiness is tied up in how they think and feel about food and their body. They are currently not experiencing life as they want to. They don’t feel like their healthiest self mentally and/or physically. And they are sick of feeling like food and body thoughts are constantly on their mind.
Being able to choose foods without over-thinking it, feeling good in your body, and making nourishment a priority. This is what I want for you long term.
The problem is that most women don’t have clarity on what they should be eating or someone to help them understand WHY they make the food choices they do.
You need a clear place to start, and someone to support you through the challenges along the way. This is what I offer through my 1:1 Food Freedom Coaching.
As your Nutritionist and as your coach I am here to be your guide. To listen to you, to offer non-biased, evidence-based information, allow for the exchange of ideas and take time getting to know what works for you.

MY METHOD
After working for 9 years as a nutritionist, listening and learning to countess women, I’ve learned there is no one size fits all when it comes to breaking free from unhelpful eating patterns, and forming a healthy relationship with food and your body. That there are multiple pieces to the puzzle, and everyone’s puzzle is different. It’s not just about nutrition, it’s not just about psychology, and it’s not just about “eating intuitively” or “body positivity”. We need to take a holistic approach, and look at ALL the pieces and how they interlink.

Over the space of 2-4 months, we work through each of my 5 Pillars, providing you with the complete tool kit you need to finally break-free from whatever cycle you are feeling stuck in.

Weekly 1:1 Coaching sessions
A 90 min initial assessment and goal setting session followed by a weekly (or fortnightly) 1 hour breakthrough sessions with me.
Personalized Nutrition
A personalized Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan – Including personal nutrition recommendations, example eating days, personalised recipes. Updated during our time together as you learn what works for you.
Personalized Food Freedom Tool Kit
Everything you could need, from Progress Journals, Mindful Eating Diarys, Binge-eating support guides, Body image strategies, Mind Mastery tools and more..). We build your “Tool Kit” during our time together.
Your own client portal and coaching app

Coaching Fees
Everyone’s journey is different so I have a range of pricing and package options available that can be personalised to each client. We discuss which pricing and coaching duration is best for you or your loved on on our 1-1 Discovery Call. As an indication, most clients will invest anywhere from $1000-$3000 with me, over a 2-6 month period.
