Dealing with Covid and letting go of expectations. This week, I’m not feeling the greatest. I’ve got Covid and I’ve honestly struggled dealing with it. I thought it was a great time to share the journey with you and talk about how I am working on letting go of expectations I have of myself to do better, or do more.

Here’s what I cover In this weeks coffee with Kim Episode;

1. My experience so far with covid – letting go of the expectations for recovery, despite the strong inner dialogue of “you should be better”

2. The inner battle most women struggle with when it comes to their eating patterns, and what I wish I had done differently 5 years ago.

3. Why we need to remove the expectation that ditching the diet mentality and eating “normally” should just be easy, based on how things have changes in our environment.
