A nice summer breakfast that feels like an exotic treat! Paw Paw isn’t always in season but when it is, I like to treat myself to few pawpaw boats. Make sure to use the lime/lemon, it really brings out the sweetness.

Serves 1

Ingredients

Healthy Fat and Protein

  • 2 heaped tbs of Yoghurt (coconut yoghurt, or full fat Greek)
  • 2-4 heaps tbsp of nut and seed-based granola (MYN Go to Granola, OR Something to Crow About Brand).

Carbohydrates

  • ½ Large paw paw
  • ¼ cup Berries (optional)

Low sugar fruit

  • Squeeze of lemon/lime juice

Method

  1. Chop pawpaw in half
  2. Squeeze half a lime over top of both halves.
  3. Top each half with coconut yoghurt, and a nutty granola such as my Go to Granola OR a store bought one like “Something To Crow About”.
  4. Add an extra squeeze of lemon/lime before indulging!
