This has been my “go to” breakfast for almost 4 years now. How crazy is that. Adding healthy fats into my breakfast has been the ultimate game changer. For YEARS I would start the day off with a good old body building style “protein oats” with “sugar free peaches” and “sugar free” maple syrup. I remember counting down the minutes until morning tea in my uni lectures because I was so starving come 10am.
If you struggle to feel full in the morning, I HIGHLY recommend trying this breakfast. You can mix and match the fruit based on what you enjoy most. I often swap berries for banana, or hot apple.
Serves 1
Ingredients
Fruit
Yoghurt
Granola
- 2-3 Heaped tbsp MYN Granola
Goes amazing with a nespresso coffee with full fat milk…just saying!!
Method
- Prepare the granola in advance, using my “Go To” Granola recipe. You can find the recipe for it HERE.
- Microwave your berries for 30-40 seconds, or add straight to your bowl if they are fresh.
- Add 2-3 generous tbs of coconut yoghurt, and 2-3tbs heaps tbs of granola.
TIP: To make this a winter breaky, I highly recommend HOT apple or HOT banana. Just microwave with a bit of cinnamon and honey. Devine!
