HI, I’M KIM!
HOLISTIC NON-DIET NUTRITIONIST & FOOD FREEDOM COACH
ARE YOU FEELING STUCK IN A NEGATIVE CYCLE WITH FOOD AND YOUR BODY?
You’ve come to the right place…
Hi, I’m Kim
I’m a Holistic Non-Diet Nutritionist (NZ Registered) and Master NLP Practitioner (IANLP). I specialize in helping women who are struggling with their weight, health, body image and eating patterns to ditch the diets, nourish themselves confidently, and become their healthiest self. Whilst still enjoying food and enjoying life!
I work with a wide range of weight and food issues including binge-restrict cycles, yoyo-dieting, emotional eating, sugar addiction, food and exercise obsession, as well eating disorders such as bulimia (binge-purge cycle) and binge-eating disorder.
After 9+ years of working 1-1 with women, I’ve developed a unique and proven 5 Pillar Food Freedom Coaching method that integrates personalized wholefood nutrition, intuitive eating/non-diet approach, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), body image work and eating psychology.
MY STORY
How I went from a 5 year battle with bulimia, binge-eating disorder, food and exercise obsession to living a healthy life with food freedom!
MY ETHOS
I believe in the power of wholefood nutrition, eating and exercising from a place of self-care, rather than self-restriction, and teaching women to become their OWN mind and body expert
1-1 COACHING
Get the personalised coaching you need break-free from yoyo-dieting, binge-restrict cycles, and the all or nothing mentality, and become your healthiest balanced self.
